The sacral chakra: is concerned with sexuality, reproduction, pleasure and desire. Its element, water, continually produces new life, and so it is through the sacral chakra that we also create new life. If the sacral chakra is disharmonious, there will be problems with the sexual organs and in forming relationships. The solar plexus chakra: is our sun, our centre of power. If this chakra is balanced, we feel full of joy and energy, yet also at peace and in harmony with ourselves. It is from this chakra that we transform our desires and emotions into action. If this chakra is imbalanced there will be an inner restlessness and lack of contentment. This agitation and inability to relax is often coupld with a lack of self esteem and self confidence. The brow chakra: is associated with intuition and inner vision and wisdom. It enables us to perceive the world in a new way and to become aware of other dimensions of reality.
